Minimum contract duration — 2 years, renewable if both parties agree. We are looking for a professional to join our reservations team. Position: Sales and Reservations
Duties & Responsibilities: Develop the assigned market, group bookings, VIP bookings Monitor all the contracts, which should be received from resorts, forward to the Contracting Department. Analyze markets and recommend changes or improvements for better client satisfaction and sales increase. Manage and coordinate efficient and effective sales plan. Achieve company’s sales targets. Participation on webinars, marketing activities, online & offline exhibitions if requested by the Management. Skills & Abilities:
Skills at reservations and sales of tourism products Ability to work with people and deal with stressful situations
Strong character, emotionally stable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative, proactive, positive team player, respectful to colleagues Good communication skills in order to build close relations with agents and hotel’s management
Fluent English and fluent Russian (both speaking and writing) Business lettering skills Negotiation skills Computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word. Reservations/booking systems
Special requirement: your international passport should be valid as minimum for 2,5 years!
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in tourism As minimum, 3 years experience in the travel field (travel company)
Schedule:
Working days Monday to Friday from 10:00-19:00 Saturday half day Sunday — day off
