B2B Sales Manager (CRM)

KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant. KIVORK has a large staff of 750 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine and Russia. We are currently looking for an addition to our team — a Sales Manager who will assist us in developing sales processes and proactively pursuing new business opportunities to reach sales targets. Requirements 1+ years experience working as a Sales Manager or another similar role Previous international experience working in product/SAAS/enterprise companies Prior experience in the travel industry is a great advantage Experience successfully managing a B2B sales team Proficiency in English Excellent analytical, decision-making and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What you will do Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients Conduct market research and collaborate with company executives to identify the best approach to pursue new business opportunities Develop company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improve existing sales proposals Analyze client feedback to determine whether they are satisfied with company services Meet with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals Onboard, couch and manage a B2B sales team Develop and implement sales strategies in compliance with company business goals Build and maintain solid relations with company clients and partners What we offer Interesting and promising projects Motivating salary Remote work option Work in a friendly team Job stability and great opportunities for professional growth
