Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN’s mission: financial life at fingertips for people’s economic freedom. Enlighten the road to hit the target with «a single bullet» with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritisation. Facilitate all B2B clients interactions with the company and increase customer retention by delivering high-end and customer-oriented services

Assist startups to create and fill in landing pages with the most relevant and useful information for potential investors Guide customers all along the way of their Initial Exchange Offering/ secondary listing/ liquidity support and tailor solutions for their needs Control and en-reach co-marketing and PR activities execution, analyze conversions of the attracted visitors, determine and test strong hypotheses to increase users’ engagement into trading/IEO contribution Run airdrops and referral programs for the clients Be clients needs-oriented, build industry-best customer support by putting highest priority on clients issues and shortening resolution time
Requirements:
Fluent English; Excellent communication skills; Passion for intensive growth and responsibility; Ability to achieve impact and get things done; SMM/Marketing experience is a plus; Experience in blockchain/crypto industry is a plus; Previous experience in client relationship management is a plus. Has outstanding problem solving and critical reasoning skills Likely has read Ben Horowitz or Ray Dalio or Jeff Sutherland Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it implies a conflict between clients’ and personal goals Is loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded, transparent and definitely puts the interest of clients first
