The Skyeng International Department is looking for Training manager in the Sales department with knowledge of Spanish and English. Key skills: Knowledge of Spanish — not lower than C1; Knowledge of English — not lower than C1; Experience in sales; Advanced PC skills; Ability to communicate and get along with people (both with trainees and within the team); You will be in charge of: Conducting initial training for new sales managers (answering interns’ questions, conducting tests, analyzing feedback after training); Accompanying trainees untill the end of training; Compliance with department regulations; Implementation of project tasks: filling out documents, holding meetings / workshops.
